Our lunch time.

We love lunch time, not only is it a social time for us to all come together but we also get to look into our lunch boxes and containers and make healthy choices. Plus Tamara sings to us and uses finger puppets for games, at times also. All of this interaction and eating means we are 'offered a widening range of foods' and 'self-help in washing and eating is encouraged' also 'adults respond with attention and respect to our attempts to communicate our feelings of well-being'. (Te Whaariki) This is what makes our lunch times fun. Jessie
