Early Literacy

Isaac, Eneri, Charlie, Sarah, Maia, Laker, Tyra, Elijah, Chardanae, Jasper and Theo
all write their names. Copying their written name from above they all had a go at
writing letters, or drawing shapes and patterns to represent who they are.

Hi Jessie,

Do the children have a sign in folder? that's how Bryony learnt at Kindergarten, also name cards with magnets they can put on the board so you don't have to write it for them. I am going to model a storywriting session at Carlyle this wednesday if you want to see my new entrant resources and methods. If you mention a text-find a hyperlink to it or put-available from our parent library perhaps. The post is hard to read and 'Childhood' needs another 'o', don't publish this comment though, its just an fyi. The picasa collage looks really effective with one camera viewpoint :) well done
